On most conventional, FHA, and VA loans, my broker fee is paid by the lender — so there's no out-of-pocket cost to you beyond standard closing costs. For certain investor or Non-QM products, fees vary by deal. I'll always be upfront about costs before you commit to anything.
Very often, yes. A denial from one lender doesn't mean you don't qualify — it means you didn't fit that lender's specific criteria.
